Episode 6
We know that there are more males represented in the scriptures than females, but this works in our favor. Especially in the Book of Mormon, readers are to take notice and pay especial attention when a female is mentioned and the narrative around those women. Space was limited by Mormon, so his choices that made it into the compilation and editing are so important that LDS scholars have since recognized them as type-scenes.
Listen as we discuss Abish and her experience as a type-scene and archetype.
